After the plans for our addition were complete, we didn’t really know where to start when it came to looking for a contractor. We wanted someone that knew renovations and worked with older homes but we did not know where to start. We asked around, got a few names and then we asked for a couple more recommendations from Wilway Lumber, only one name was recommended to us for our addition – Adam Woods – we were told he was the guy for our project.

After our first meeting with Adam we knew that they were right. We trusted him immediately and had pretty well decided that he would build our addition before we had even seen our quote. He was confident and had the exact attitude that we were looking for, no part of our addition was a problem – he always had a solution.

We have been extremely happy with the service and quality work of Tundra. Adam, Paul, their entire crew and their trades are wonderful to work with. They are all very friendly, polite and it has been a pleasure to get to know them through this process. They’ve made us, and we’re pretty sure their other clients would agree, feel like our project was their number one priority and seemed genuinely excited for us.

We want take this opportunity to thank Adam, Paul, and each member of their crew; Dan, Kevin, Landon, Mike, Walden and Warren for all their hard work in making our house into so much more of our home! We could not be happier! Thank you!

We love our new home built by Tundra Developments. Adam was helpful, available and always willing to direct us when needed. This is our first home made with ICF block, and it is fabulous. We live on the windy Sumas Prairie and have for many years. In our new home, if the windows are closed, we can’t even hear the wind. We also find that our home stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We would highly recommend Tundra Developments and would give them a call should we ever build again.

Our custom home building project with Tundra Developments and Adam Woods was a very good experience. We were extremely pleased with the crew of workers, and their attention to detail. Their respectful attitudes and work ethic was very pleasing to us.

Adam always had time for us, whenever we weren’t sure about our building details, he would set our minds at ease and would quickly have a solution for any little or big decision that we had to make. So many times, he made it no big deal when we pestered him with questions. We felt that Adam’s main goal was for us to be totally pleased with everything.

When we decided to build a new home for ourselves, we knew that we wouldn’t be able to handle the trades ourselves. This was our first time building and we didn’t know what trade came first, which companies to choose or any of the details that we needed to know. We knew what we wanted our home to look like and that we wanted it to be built well… no scrimping on quality! Because we wanted good quality, we chose Tundra Developments to build our home.

At first we were concerned with building with a friend, but our concerns were unfounded… Adam was professional, creative, and thankfully, we are definitely still friends. Our house is beautiful and we know that this house isn’t going to fall down. It is built with an ARXX block foundation, 2×6 construction and superior finishing. We are so happy we chose Tundra to build this home for us!
